Customized Crew Preparation

You re(crew)t a crew and we’ll prepare them to support you at your event. Over the course of weeks/months leading to your event, we’ll train them to know:

  • what to expect while crewing

  • their roles & responsibilities

  • relevant race details and rules

  • important aid station information (e.g. crew/pacer access/restrictions, locations for sleep, drop bags, and medical)

  • pacing best practices

  • tips to keep you (and themselves) safe

  • essential and recommended gear and supplies

  • how to best support you throughout your event

We also help them with logistics such as planning and coordinating travel, transport, and lodging (if applicable) for the event.

We basically act as the Crew Lead then handover the responsibility to a crew member you designate to take over at the event.
